2. Payment Terms

  • Non-Vehicle Products: Full payment is required at the time of order. We will not process or ship your order until payment is confirmed. Orders will be processed after payment is successfully made.

  • Vehicle Purchases: For vehicles, a deposit is required at the time of order to secure your purchase. The deposit amount will vary depending on the vehicle. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. You will receive an invoice outlining the total cost and payment schedule.

  • Payment Confirmation: After payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation or invoice with the details of your transaction. This confirmation serves as proof of your purchase.

3. Currency

All payments for products and vehicles are processed in GBP (British Pound) unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that your credit card or payment platform may charge foreign exchange fees for international payments.

4. Payment Security

  • Vehicle Purchases: If the remaining balance for a vehicle purchase is not received prior to delivery, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the delivery of the vehicle.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: In the event of a return or cancellation that is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
