All vehicles and products available for sale are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock information, there may be instances where products are unavailable due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
If a vehicle or product you are interested in is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options or a pre-order option if available.
2. Pricing
The prices for vehicles and products at Fitali are listed on our website or provided at the time of inquiry.
All prices are in GBP (British Pound) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Fitali reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
3. Payment Terms
Vehicle Purchases: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before the final processing of vehicle purchases. Payment options may include bank transfers, credit cards, or financing options (where available).
Non-Vehicle Products: For accessories and non-vehicle products, payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and online payment platforms (PayPal, etc.).
Financing Options: Financing is available for qualified buyers for vehicle purchases. Please inquire about available financing plans at the time of purchase.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone. This confirmation will outline the details of your purchase, including product information, total price, and expected delivery or pickup date.
If there are any issues with the order, we will contact you immediately to resolve the matter.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Vehicle Delivery: We offer delivery services for vehicles within certain geographic locations. Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance and location. Delivery times vary based on the vehicle’s availability and your location.
Non-Vehicle Product Delivery: We ship non-vehicle products to most locations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on the delivery destination.
Pickup Option: If you prefer to pick up your vehicle or non-vehicle products, you may choose to collect them from our showroom at 76 Northgate Street, Bickford, United Kingdom.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Vehicle Orders: Once a vehicle order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled except in certain circumstances (e.g., if the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed time frame or if the order is defective). Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your vehicle order.
Non-Vehicle Orders: For non-vehicle products, we allow modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, orders will be processed, and returns or exchanges will follow our standard return policy.
7. Warranty
All vehicles sold by Fitali come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers specific defects and issues. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation provided with the vehicle for full details.
Non-vehicle products are covered by a 14-day return policy in case of defects, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving your vehicle or product, you are required to inspect it immediately for any damages or discrepancies. If any issues are discovered, please notify us within 7 days to initiate a return or exchange under the terms of our return policy.
For vehicles, please verify all specifications and features to ensure they match the details of your order.
9. Customer Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they provide accurate information regarding the delivery address and contact details. Fitali is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect customer information.
Customers are also responsible for adhering to any local laws or regulations related to the operation or use of the vehicle after purchase.
