1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Vehicles: Returns for vehicles are only accepted under specific conditions. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on vehicles unless they are defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications.

  • Accessories and Non-Vehicle Products: We accept returns on accessories and non-vehicle products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will assist you in processing the return and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

  3. For non-vehicle products, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product (or verify the return for a vehicle), we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved:

  • Non-Vehicle Products: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Vehicles: If the vehicle is returned and eligible for a refund, we will arrange for the inspection and refund processing based on the agreed terms and conditions. Please note that vehicle refunds may take longer to process due to the complexity of the transaction.

4. Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy

  • Custom Orders: Products that are specially customized or personalized cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your vehicle or non-vehicle product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us immediately, within 7 days of receipt, so we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.

5. Vehicle Return Conditions

For vehicle returns, the following conditions must be met:

  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (undamaged and unused).

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • A restocking fee may apply to vehicle returns, depending on the condition of the vehicle and the terms of the sale.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on non-vehicle products within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

7. Shipping Costs

  • For Non-Vehicle Products: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • For Vehicles: Return shipping costs may apply and will depend on the specific circumstances.
